Mask Making �V
お面作り　3回目

Under painting with white.
10月に作成したお面の土台に白い絵の具を塗り、ドライヤーで乾燥させる
Over painting with white mixed colors.
自分のデザインに合わせてアクリル絵の具を塗る
Venetian Mask, anime characters, blood eyes.
ヴェネチアンマスク風、アニメキャラクター風、目から血を流す...面白いお面が完成した
*preparing for miniature houses
下地を乾燥させる間に、次回のプロジェクトである「small houses」の設計図を描く

Mask Making �U

How to apply paper and glue to the milk carton.
牛乳パックで作った土台にまんが紙をボンドで貼る
Cutting the manga paper into small strips and gluing them to the structure till all the surfaces are covered.
まんが紙を裂き、短冊にする　土台の表面と裏面がすべてまんが紙で覆われるように貼る

　Adding braces for the nose
　鼻、眉毛などのパーツをマスキングテープで張り付ける
　String around the edges, face structure and lips.
　マスクの端、フェイスライン、唇に紙ひもを張り、凹凸をつける

Two Baby Turtles
二匹の赤ちゃんカメ

Painting：underpainting and dying
5月に牛乳パックとマンガ紙で作製したカメの土台に白か黒の下地を塗る　乾燥させる
Game time: Typhoon with music from 6 countries
乾燥させている間に6各国の音楽を聴いて「台風ゲーム」をする
Overpainting with gradations and eyes
好きな色でカメを着色し、目を描く

Two Turtle Babies
二匹の赤ちゃんカメ 完成

Finishing the sea turtle mobile.
ウミガメを流木につるして完成させる
Stringing the parts together.
二匹のカメをひもで結ぶ
Adding a branch to support the turtles to hang on the wall.
バランスよくカメを流木に結び、壁に掛けられるようにして完成

Second half:making family crests.
後半：家紋を作る
Using positive and negative spaces to create interest.
白と黒のペンを使い、スペースの取り方を工夫して家紋を描く
